-- Settled a products liability claim against a St. Louis construction company for $475,000 in favor of a young man who suffered a partial foot amputation after a weld failed and a steel beam landed on his foot. This breach occurred in Illinois, but the case was pursued in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.

-- Settled a products liability claim against a hose manufacturer, backhoe manufacturer and rental company for an amount in excess of $400,000 in favor of a middle aged man who sustained an arm injury during the operation of the backhoe. This case was pursued in the County of Jefferson, Missouri.

-- Obtained policy limits of uninsured motorist coverage from American Family Insurance Company in favor of a client who broke her leg after being hit by an uninsured drunk driver. This cause of action accrued in the County of Gasconade, Missouri.

-- Settled an automobile claim against a driver for $100,000 in favor of a woman who was rear ended and sustained a ruptured cervical disk that was surgically repaired. This cause of action accrued in the County of Franklin, Missouri.

-- Obtained a verdict and judgment of $44,950.54 in a rear end collision case against the defendant ad litem in favor of a 39 year old woman who suffered from thoracic outlet syndrome. This decision was reached in the County of St. Charles, Missouri.
